At PocketCollect, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected products to help collectors secure upcoming releases before they become available. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work and what you can expect when purchasing a pre-order item.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows customers to reserve an upcoming product before its official release or availability date.
Pre-order items are not currently available for immediate shipment and will be shipped once the product becomes available.
2. Pre-Order Availability
Pre-order products are subject to supplier availability and release schedules.
Estimated release dates are provided based on information available at the time of listing. Release dates may change due to manufacturer delays, production issues, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated during checkout.
By placing a pre-order, you authorize PocketCollect to process payment for the reserved product.
4. Shipping of Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will be shipped after they become available.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, we may:

Ship all items together once the pre-order item is available, or

Ship available items separately when possible.
Additional shipping charges will not be applied unless clearly stated.
5. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted before the item enters the fulfillment process.
Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Delayed or Changed Release Dates
Release dates provided for pre-order products are estimates only.
PocketCollect is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will provide updates whenever possible.
7. Pre-Order Returns and Refunds
Pre-order products are eligible for returns and refunds according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Some collectible items may have specific return restrictions due to their condition, packaging, or collector value.
8. Product Availability Issues
In rare cases, a supplier may be unable to fulfill a pre-order due to production changes, allocation limits, or discontinued releases.
If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified and receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
9. Multiple Pre-Orders
If you place multiple pre-orders with different release dates, each item may become available at different times.
Shipping schedules may vary depending on product availability.
